Flashing and caps shaped for the detail
Cap flashing and metal caps need to fit the surface or opening they protect. Give us the overall dimensions, leg lengths, bend angles and edge details, plus the intended orientation. A section sketch is especially useful for flashing profiles. Identify the material and finish required by the project so we can review both the shape and the specified appearance.

A custom metal drain pan starts with the footprint and the space available around the equipment. Include the required depth, drain outlet size and location, and any slope or mounting requirements specified for the installation. From a measured sketch to a quote
The clearest requests show the finished shape from more than one view. Label every dimension, note the material and quantity, and identify holes, bends, seams and visible surfaces. For a replacement part, photographs can add context alongside measurements. We will review the request and discuss any details that need resolving before confirming how the part will be made.
