A good duct run starts with parts that fit the space and connect as intended. From a replacement section to a coordinated package of straight duct and fittings, we work from your dimensions and project requirements. Our fabrication options include galvanized steel, galvanneal, stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel and PVC-coated material, with the final construction and material availability reviewed for your order.

The shape your space needs

Rectangular ductwork offers flexibility when a route needs to fit within ceiling spaces, equipment rooms or other constrained areas. Share the opening dimensions, available height and width, and any obstacles along the route. We can discuss straight sections alongside the elbows, offsets and transitions needed to connect them. The mechanical design determines the required airflow area and construction details.

Construction matched to the project

Single-wall, internally lined and double-wall configurations serve different project needs. Liner can contribute to thermal control and sound absorption, while the required metal gauge, reinforcement and joints depend on the project specifications. Send the duct schedule or relevant drawing notes with your request. We will review those details before confirming the fabrication scope, material and connection arrangement.

Connections deserve the same attention

The ends of a duct section matter as much as its dimensions. Tell us how your new pieces will join the adjacent ductwork, equipment or fittings. Ductmate connections can be discussed where specified; the flange system, corners, gasket and cleat work together as a joint. Identifying the connection style early helps avoid mismatched parts when the order reaches the job.

Common questions

Can you make rectangular duct to custom dimensions?

Yes. Send the required dimensions, quantities and drawings so we can review the parts, construction details and material for your project.

Should my measurements include the liner?

State whether your dimensions are clear inside dimensions or outside metal dimensions, and include the specified liner thickness. That distinction affects both the airflow opening and the finished size.

Do you supply fittings with straight duct?

Yes. Include the elbows, transitions, offsets, taps and caps in your request so we can review the connecting pieces together.
