Quote requests

When you submit the quote form, your contact details, project information, and optional attachments are transmitted to our website and forwarded to shopductpro@gmail.com through our hosting provider’s mail service. The website does not maintain a customer database or a public file gallery of submissions. Uploaded files are temporary; copies sent by email remain in the shop’s mailbox. A submission confirmation means the hosting mail service accepted the request for delivery.

Information you send to the shop

If you email or call Pro Duct, the shop receives the information you provide to discuss your project and respond to your inquiry. Avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for fabrication.

Website and external services

The contact form uses a temporary session cookie to protect submissions and prevent duplicates. Limited rate records contain hashed network identifiers and timestamps to reduce spam; these expire after an hour. The site uses no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, embedded review feeds, or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may maintain routine security and access logs. Links to Google and other websites open services with their own privacy practices.
